Override Processing

While processing an application, a variety of events may occur that may prompt a user to attain an override from a supervisor. The events that may trigger an override include:

Cross sell tolerance	The total Cross-sell Products to be included in the loan amount have exceeded the approval tolerance for this application.	Save Calculate Final Loan Amount in save If Final Loan Amount has changed then perform validation/override
Cross sell exceed	The total Loan Cross-sell Products accepted by the applicant have exceeded the maximum loan cross-sell amount for this application.	Save Calculate new loan cross sell amount in save If new loan cross sell amount has changed then perform validation/override
Max LTV	The LTV for this application exceeds the maximum LTV of {0} for the Sub-Product.	Disbursement
Disbursed Date	The Disbursement Date is not set to today.	Disbursement
OFAC	<payee name> is being excluded from the OFAC check.	Save
Fees	The <fee name> fee from the Sub-Product is being changed from <fee amount> to <fee amount>.	Save
Effective Date	The Effective Date is being changed from <date 1> to <date 2> on this application.	Save
Min Initial Loan Amount	The Initial Amount is below the minimum loan amount of <min amount> for the Sub-Product on this application.	Save Calculate Initial Loan Amount in save If Initial Loan Amount has changed then perform validation/override
Max Initial Loan Amount	The Initial Amount is above the maximum loan amount of <max amount> for the Sub-Product on this application.	Save Calculate Initial Loan Amount in save If Initial Loan Amount has changed then perform validation/override
Rate Change Frequency	Rate Change Frequency is being changed from '<rate 1>' to '<rate 2>' on this application.	Save
Max Rate Decrease For Loan	Maximum Rate Decrease For Loan is being changed from <decrease 1> to <decrease 2> on this application.	Save
Max Rate Increase Per Change	Maximum Rate Decrease Per Change is being changed from <decrease 1> to <decrease 2> on this application.	Save
Max Rate Increase For Loan	Maximum Rate Increase For Loan is being changed from <increase 1> to <increase 2> on this application.	Save
Max Rate Increase Per Change	Maximum Rate Increase Per Change is being changed from <increase 1> to <increase 2> on this application.	Save
Rate Margin	Rate Margin is being changed from <margin 1> to <margin 2> on this application.	Save
Precise Id	<applicant name> is being excluded from the Precise ID verification check.	Save
Loan Officer Approval	Message defined by rules.	Approval

If any of these events trigger an override, an Override Required wiindow opens in the workspace.

The Override Required window enables users to attain an override from a supervisor. This window also contains an alert message that informs the supervisor what caused the Framework to trigger an override.
